- How to Order
- When you see an item you want to buy, click the Add to bag button. This places the item in your shopping bag.
- You may continue shopping after placing an item in your basket. To return to your basket at any time, click on the My Cart button located in the top right of your screen, or you can click on the image of the shopping bag itself.
- After placing all the items you wish to buy in your shopping basket, click on the My Cart button, followed by the Proceed to checkout button.
- Before you can proceed to the checkout, you will be asked to log in (if you are an existing customer) or simply provide your e-mail address (if you are a new customer).
- If you are a new customer you will be asked to create an account, which includes creating a password and a billing address.
- You will then be asked to specify your payment method and to submit your payment details.
- If you are happy with your order then click the Place order button at the bottom of the page.
- After you click on Place order a page will appear that confirms your order. You will also receive a confirmation of your order via e-mail.
- Payment Options
- Pretty Paper Invitations accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.You can safely enter your entire credit/debit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information. We guarantee that every transaction you make at Pretty Paper Invitations will be 100% secure. Your credit/debit card once your billing address is verified.
- Discount Codes
One discount, voucher or promotional offer can be applied per order.
Steps for redeeming a discount code:
- On the checkout page, enter the code exactly as it appears, in the box next to Discount Codes.
- Click Apply.
- If your discount qualifies, it will be displayed in the sub total summary.
- Forgot Password
- No problem, click our Forgot Password link and enter your email address. Your new password will be sent to your e-mail account immediately. For added security, please ensure that you change your new password by clicking Account Information on your My Account home page.
- Order Status and History
- It's easy to manage your orders through your Pretty Paper Invitations account. You can check your open orders and any previous orders you have placed with us. Simply click My Account on top of this page and select My Orders to access your order status and history.
- My Wishlist
- Place items that you want to purchase at another time in your wishlist. You can view your Wishlist anytime by going to the My Account page and then click My Wishlist.
- Update Account Settings
It's easy to update your account settings, at any time. Simply click My Account on top of this page, followed by Account Dashboard
- To update your E-mail, Password: simply click on Account Information within your account main page.
- To update your Billing and Shipping addresses: simply click on Address Book within your account main page.
- Return Policy
- All sales are final. No refunds, no returns, no exchanges at any time. Additionally, it is the responsibility of the user to verify that their system is compatible with the technology used on PrettyPaperInvitations.com before purchasing our products. We do not offer refunds if the tools do not function properly on your computer system, as the user has the responsibility to check the functionality of the PPI tools and system requirements prior to purchase.
